Great coworkers, meaningful projects for interns, and good work/life balance.
The location (Poughkeepsie) did not offer much other than the job.
Recruited at an on-campus job fair. Flown out to IBM Poughkeepsie to go through a full day of interviewing with at least 8 people. The interview was entirely behavioral, with general technical questions.
HackerRank assessment with one coding question about profitable pairs and one SQL question to join tables and find a value. There is still no update from the team, and I'm guessing it's a ghost job.
I was given a test that was kind of like an IQ test. It comprised many long word problems with a lot of information and only two minutes to solve.
