• Easier to get into than other FAANG companies.
• Good work-life balance on some teams.
• Some good colleagues.

This was the worst company I worked at!

• Narcissists and liar managers who PIP you instead of laying you off, just to save money. They lie and manipulate constantly.
• Low pay.
• HR is on the company's side and does not care about you. They are useless or worse.
• They forced me to come to the office 3 days a week even though the team was in another country. So basically, I went there for nothing.
• Non-existent onboarding help.
• No training provided.
• Unrealistic expectations that came from the CEO's behind, probably.
• Worst performance review process. Basically, you have to explain what you did every six months, even though the incompetent managers should know that already.
• No work-life balance, as you are required to deliver several things at a time.

Decrease your salaries massively and give back to your employees instead of firing them or putting them on PIP. Shame.
