First round: Skype interview focusing mainly on core Java. Second round: With an assistant partner, a general, non-technical discussion. At this point, I was sent an offer letter. Third round for the client team (IBM): Primarily focused on Spring.
3 total interviews: * Email questionnaire: Simple questions about yourself, e.g., expected salary, education level, etc. * Phone interview: Technical questions about Java. * Video interview: Questions about specific situations and how you hand
