• Easy to get stuck on one project
• People seem like they are just here for the paycheck
• Predictable work, not very exciting

Let people move around the greater team once in a while.

Maybe give interns and grads the option to choose if they want an in-depth experience or a diverse experience.

Try to understand that people get bored of the same stuff. It's not enough to just give pep talks about being agile and modern when the work is so slow.
