The process included an aptitude question and coding round, followed by a technical interview and then an HR interview. It took 1 week to complete the process and release the offer letter, which took around 1 month.
The questions were easy on the logical part, but the HireVue test is more than that. HireVue asks you to parse your input a lot. I think it is the only test that this service provider is interested in. Not only for IBM but whichever company uses this
The interview process was smooth and fast. The HR representative was quick to respond after the technical round, and the offer was made within three days. It's a really good system out there. The interview was seamless.
