Good salary, very good learning platform.
Management is clueless. There's a huge disconnect between what management believes and the day-to-day reality of working with clients.
AI will not save us, or at least it will be many, many years until it is capable of performing the tasks you think it already does today. Stop selling garbage to our clients; they are already unhappy and don't want to work with us anymore.
