There will be two rounds of face-to-face interviews, mainly focusing on basic technology. The final round will be an HR interview. Generally, HR will always try to negotiate for a lower package.

The initial phase of the interview at IBM was of medium difficulty. The basics had to be clear and precise. The Frontend interview was mainly based on React JS and Javascript.

One technical round. The HR team was good in communicating. The interviewer joined late and straight away started asking questions. At the end, they told me they were not going to select me and were very rude.
