HR contacted me to set up a technical phone interview with one of the team leaders. I had a one-hour technical interview for a position at the IBM Dublin office.

The interview process is very smooth; they take a total of 4 rounds: 3 technical and 1 manager round. They basically focus on core concepts and logical ability. It's better to prepare for Java, Appium, Selenium, and manual testing.
