A stable, solid company, process-oriented, and structured. The company treats employees well.
The benefit package and long PTO days are very attractive.
Salary is above average and very reasonable for the type of software development work required.
The work environment is very nice too, with a nice campus, location, cafeteria, gym, and various services on site.
Dealing with globalization may not be easy. Teams that coordinate with offshore teams often work long, strange hours. You might be expected to attend meetings (online, at home ok) as early as 7 am or as late as 10 pm.
More agile than a company of similar size is still big. The product cycle is slow and very process-oriented. Things don't get done as simply and as fast as they should. Maybe folks there are pretty set in their own ways. Not the most innovative crowd.
Don't be stuck in a group that is not performing. Bottom line counts a lot.
Keep up.
I was asked detailed questions on my technology.
Professional, comfortable, and straightforward. Only questions relevant to the job were asked. The interviewer was friendly and tried to put me at ease. The whole process was very smooth and well-organized. It was on-campus placement.
The interview process included: * Resume screening * Online coding round * Technical interview Though I did very well in the coding round every time, they didn't select me. The coding round was very easy; it had two easy to medium level DSA q
