Flexi-hour work is really helpful when juggling work-life balance.
Good entry-level pay.
Next to no career progression. Very boring work at times. Hard to get your voice heard in such a large company. Too many business processes in the way of software development.
Encourage teams to interact more. People rely on others internationally a lot in this company. It would be great to see more movement on work between teams instead of emails getting ignored. It needs more visibility.
