Working hours are very comfortable. Learning a lot of new architectures and tools that IBM developed. Working with top professionals. IBM is a good place to put on your resume.
Working as a constructor is not a good thing at IBM because you cannot advance to be an IBMer. That means you cannot be a manager, and the salary is lower than that of other employees.
Please treat the employee as an equal. Give the employee a chance to improve their status and to become an IBMER.
