Benefits are so-so.

Managers listen to employees but are oftentimes too busy to meet with them.

If you are the type that finds 1-on-1 mentoring with your managers important, then you might have a difficult time with this company.

Offices are in Quezon City only (within NCR).

Hopefully, the managers will be trained on being skilled at handling their people more effectively.

I believe this problem is only at the local level, meaning IBM outside of PH is pretty good.
