A nice place to work there.
No cons. Everything is good.
There were 3 rounds: 2 technical and 1 HR. All were easy and simple. In the technical rounds, all questions were regarding my projects and work. Afterwards, there were some behavioral and cognitive tests. Speed was the key here.
There was a group interview, then the offer, and then the signing of the papers (quite disorganized). There was also a visit to my residence by a psychologist (it's the norm in the country).
The questions are simple, though they ask a bit tricky ones related to programming languages. The HR round is interesting, where they ask about places you'd like to visit. It was really one of the best interview experiences I've ever had.
