The review system does not promote teamwork. It is cut-throat. Also, IBM never does anything new or creative. You use old tools to work on last year's technology. IBM buys new companies; it doesn't invent or create anything. Its heyday is long behind us. This is sad. Also, the stress level is unbelievable. I've seen people crying at their desks far too many times.
Do you sleep at night?

Aptitude Written Test, 2 technical written test, 2 technical interviews, 1 managerial.
The interview process was fairly long. They had me take a test on HackerRank, likely due to COVID. I also completed a brief phone screening. They spent a long time ghosting me before eventually rejecting me.
There were two rounds. The first was a coding round, taken on HackerRank, which asked two questions based on DSA. After that, they conducted a technical interview in which they asked questions based on the projects you have done.
