The people were great!
I loved working with those around me and meeting new customers.
I was happy with the benefits, but they were very pricey.
I also had a great manager, and I could work from home.
So many people worked from home, it was harder and harder to meet up with co-workers face to face.
Have more team meetings so employees can get to know new ones a little better.
I was put in touch with a hiring manager by a recruiter. I then went through two rounds of interviews: * One behavioral * One technical I heard back from them after a few weeks. Overall, it was a good experience.
Interviews are normally very formal. Interview panels at IBM are technically very strong. I have been working with IBM for 12 years, so I can't speak much about the current interview process.
I was referred by an employee. The process took two weeks. I received an e-mail from the hiring manager saying that she wanted to talk to me. We had a pretty basic interview about my resume, and then she discussed the project I would be joining. T
