I got a call from HR and scheduled the interview over the weekend. There were three rounds: two technical and one managerial. The interview was completed in a day, and I got the offer in a week.

I was provided a test to help demonstrate my ability to write and edit. Fair, straight, adequate. They asked questions about background, commitments, and willingness to go the distance for a project.

It was a nice interview session. I interviewed for the IBM z/VM systems team, working for their virtualization team. Most of the questions were behavioral. Some questions covered background and projects, and also the Linux kernel.
