Content but not passionate about working at IBM
Excellent work/life balance (i.e. working from home flexibility, support for varying schedules, no ridiculous hours).
Sometimes there are too many processes, which can hinder work from getting done. Not very agile when it comes to development.
While I do believe they are working on this, senior management could do more about promoting and encouraging innovation, rather than seemingly just trying to "keep up" with competitors.
