• Communication between all the different departments in this big family.
• Knowing all the products in the portfolio and the strategy at a low level by using public OKRs in all departments. Providing the opportunity to reuse solutions, avoid duplications, and merge goals.
• Co-create.
• Collocation strategy in the 21st century.

We need to be able to co-create.

• Don't have duplicate tools doing the same thing. Use all the people working on those to co-create. Do one solution per problem and make it the best one in the market.
• Award more the achievements done by cross-domains and don't have people fighting for personal medals of honor. That is an old way of working and needs to be changed by changing how people are recognized.

We have a company with three or four speeds. Agile should be everywhere, top-down. Be careful with some decisions, as collocation is hard today and will be harder in the future when we try to find the best skills in locations with low population and when many other companies are looking for the same. This increases costs and attrition, just in favor of creativity. Creativity is a table with more than one leg. You need skills, motivation, experience, and people working together. Then, you will innovate and create new ways.
