The recruiter was nice but incompetent. She didn't answer questions, sent me a draft two-day interview schedule asking if I could meet at 6 AM (when the final schedule had already been sent to me by a different recruiter), and her interview prep was all wrong. It was not how the interviews went, nor was it what the interviewers wanted to discuss.

The hiring manager didn't even know the recruiter was prepping candidates!

The hiring manager told me that with my skill set, they were creating a job for me if I didn't want the manager role I applied to and interviewed for. I spent two days interviewing just to be told I was too optimistic and that they hired internally.

The people I interviewed with didn't have a background in the area, and I was constantly misled with this "job created just for me" that never materialized. The final interviewer ended with, "I am looking forward to working with you."

I was also told that during major storms that took out power and water, they were still expected to work and meet goals. That isn't exactly the great company culture that is touted.

Difficult level chosen because it was a waste of days' worth of my time, just to be misled and lied to.

It doesn't matter what the interview questions are; you need to be an internal candidate already or have a friend that can get you in. That is how you get a job there.
