It was a great job until I realized the company is just like any other. Meh.
Too much time spent on making everyone feel the best about themselves; not enough work got done.
I had a great experience. It was a really good chat with a lovely man who seemed to have done his homework. I would recommend this experience very, very, very much.
The interview consisted of three calls. The first was a coding session with an engineer. The next two calls were both non-technical, with two different managers from two different teams. The worst part of the interview experience was the zero feed
Phone screen then onsite. The onsite interview goes from 9 AM to 5 PM. Whiteboard questions are pretty basic (no hard code algorithm question, just know your basic DS). Design question normal for industry. Programming exercise is pretty long but agai
