Not what it once was, but still not bad
Director of Engineering • Current Employee

Pros: Amazing benefits. WLB is good, although declining. Generally, a very smart and helpful engineering culture.
Cons: Somewhat directionless, priorities seem to come and go on an hourly basis. Leadership is not used to handling tough economic times and has used double-speak and sleight of hand to try and cover for employee-unfriendly policies, rather than simply owning them.
