Amazing benefits. WLB is good, although declining. Generally, a very smart and helpful engineering culture.
Somewhat directionless, priorities seem to come and go on an hourly basis. Leadership is not used to handling tough economic times and has used double-speak and sleight of hand to try and cover for employee-unfriendly policies, rather than simply owning them.
New blood from Chris on down. Hire a CTO; it's been over a year. Set priorities, stick to them, and hold people accountable when they are missed, rather than promote them.
There are 3 main interviews: * A 20-minute screening interview. * A 2-hour software architecture interview with two directors. * A 2-hour management interview with two directors.
The recruiter sent an initial email for a screening call, and I responded. She then sent a calendar invite. I waited for the call for 30 minutes but did not receive one. I then checked my email and found that the recruiter had moved the call to late
The process is long but good. You have a whole day to crack the interview questions. There are three rounds of the whiteboard. The interviewers are very nice, but the questions are not easy. Especially the coding challenge.
