Quality Assurance Analyst Interview Experience - Austin, Texas

Process

The recruiter sent an initial email for a screening call, and I responded. She then sent a calendar invite.

I waited for the call for 30 minutes but did not receive one. I then checked my email and found that the recruiter had moved the call to later in the day without any message or apology. This was about 40 minutes after the call was supposed to start.

I was not available at the rescheduled time, so I emailed the recruiter. She again didn't send a message but simply moved the calendar invite.

When I finally got on a call with the recruiter, she seemed completely disinterested and detached.

I did not pursue the job opportunity.
