Process

There were three stages:

  • Phone screening
  • Phone interview
  • Onsite interview

The onsite interview was long and intense, lasting six hours (including a one-hour lunch). It involved interviews with more than six members from the QA team, associated engineers, and the director. They really tested for analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as familiarity with the web and browsers, such as cookies and reading markup (HTML/XML).

My recruiter stayed in contact and was transparent throughout the process, providing tips and a general outline for the onsite interview.
