Great work-life balance, supportive manager and teammates.
Slow pace of learning, none apart from this.
The interview process started with an initial HR screening, where we discussed my background, academic status, and motivation for the role. After that, I had a technical interview with questions related to my coursework and problem-solving exercises
Topics on computer architecture and VLSI were asked. Candidates were asked to explain academic projects. There were two rounds of 1 hour each: * The first round was purely technical. * The second round was both technical and managerial.
I applied in August of 2017 through the company's website. I had a phone screen during the first week of September and flew over for interviews during the second week of October. I had 11 interviews, which were one-on-one and about 30 minutes each.
