A campus-visiting recruiter gave a presentation for the RET department and collected resumes. They contacted me by phone 2-3 hours after the presentation concluded to schedule a 1:1 interview for the next day. I was rejected after the first interview
The team was good and nice, and they were right on time. The questions were interesting. I enjoyed my time being interviewed and gained a lot of insight into the people, the company, and the interviewing process.
Phone call first, then research. Presentation: 1 hour, including 15 minutes for discussion (while no one asks questions). Then, 1-1 interviews and general discussions, lasting about a day. Finally, feedback from the group manager. Pretty quick pr
