Pretty good benefits, decent pay.
My experience at Intel has been pretty horrible. The job I applied for and the work promised never came, and I spent the entire time either training subpar contractors or rewriting tests after a senior engineer.
My time was expandable, with no hard limits on when I would not be on some sort of "on call."
Compensation is VERY low compared to other companies in the area, $20k+ lower than similar positions in the area.
I did not like the competitive feel brought on by the "focal process" in the company.
HR support was minimal.
