Lack of new inventive ideas
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Pros: Perks, work from home, work-life balance, got a desk paid for.
Cons: Not enough creative projects, very dull work.
No acknowledgement about how poor some products are and wanting to do anything about it. Seems like we just think things are great, but people only like our stuff because it's a known brand.
Very poor product management and business decisions.
Poor performers on TT and QBO.

Pros: They're not just a typical big tech company. Intuit cares for its employees a lot more than other companies, like Amazon. As a result, Intuit has been a blessing of an internship. I just hope they hire me full-time.
Cons: Work can be a little boring from time to time, but you get over it when fun work comes around.
