Process
I received a very nice phone call from the recruiter who saw my profile on LinkedIn.
We had an initial phone interview about what I was looking for and if I would be interested in a technical screen with one of the managers.
I then had a live technical screen via computer. They presented some questions and coding items that were fairly straightforward.
I apparently did well, and the next step was to come in for a panel interview. However, I was promoted at my own company and decided to stay.
Overall, the experience was very clear. I only wish my company tested candidates the same way.
It was a great experience, and I will try implementing the same format at my company now.

Great total compensation package: salary, benefits, training, and a bunch of other stuff. Decent amount of opportunity to take on more responsibilities and grow your career. Your voice will be heard.Cons: - It's a struggle to keep the business running under two decades worth of tech debt. - Too many mandatory meetings for those who require extended periods of concentration for maximum productivity. - Bit of a rumour mill problem when I was there. It can be personally hurtful and toxic to the team's health. - Some low performers are tolerated instead of replaced. I'm not sure why.
