Pros: 1. Great work-life balance. 2. Work from home, free food, free commute facility, and free snacks. 3. The company promotes learning new technologies by sponsoring training, certifications, etc.

Cons: 1. Managers judge you based on how much you talk and not by how much work you do. 2. Too much focus on visibility and showing off. 3. Internal mobility, although encouraged, but managers take revenge on employees by giving poor ratings. 4. Lot of politics for hikes and promotion. 5. Frequent re-organizations and layoffs.

Pros: There are many reasons to like working here at Intuit. First, the business is solid. From what I can tell, this is largely due to a company that deeply cares about its customers. Customers are first, and Intuit supports its customer base very well. Second, they care about their employees. Intuit does so many things right in supporting its employees. Their benefits are above the norm, and they have found many other creative ways to support and reward the employees. There is also a foundational core for driving towards innovation that is supported by the company as a whole. I see this as a primary key when it comes to creating new business opportunities within Intuit. Finally, Intuit understands what it means to keep the business on solid ground financially. All said, their priorities are in order, and it is reflecting in how well the company is performing.

Cons: I have yet to find a downside working here at Intuit.

Pros: Casual attire. Free caffeine. White noise machines.

Cons: Terrible pay. Boring work. Corporate attitudes.
