The interview process was split into 2-3 stages:
- An online, technical interview
- A behavioral interview
The first two stages were straightforward and didn't contain anything too challenging. I never got to the behavioral section.

Pros: Good work-life balance. Very professional teams who communicate well and work together. Leaders are open to talk and communication. We also get a lot of benefits for employees, such as well-being support financially, mentally, and physically.
Cons: The technologies are latest, and leaders push for learning, but there is no clear message from managers if it can be taken up.
