Perk and stock options are the best.
The work culture is pathetic. Managers are not informing employees about their bad performance. They show the carrot of promotion to employees, and then during the FOCAL review at the end of the year, the person suddenly learns that they are being laid off due to bad performance.
There is no work ethic, humanity, or emotion.
This was a good company by 2020, but now it is worse.
