Poor management. They don't care about employee well-being or product visibility to the market. They care about the safety of their own positions and survive via politics alone.
All managers of 2nd or 3rd band are too poor to understand a situation and are full of an egoistic mindset. Higher leadership does not get much chance to see all these developments or the attitude of managers.
It's getting worse, and I don't think leadership can solve this problem.
