Very bureaucratic, old-school kind of culture. Managers do not communicate across the board. I initially thought it was an issue with one specific manager. Over the years, I realized this was more of a company culture.
Please teach your managers to communicate effectively with their direct reports.
I notice managers (company-wide) just keep quiet and fail to give honest and truthful feedback. It looks like managers lack training on how to implement a good feedback mechanism. I was very surprised how deep-rooted this culture was.
