The office setting and corporate bureaucracy is a dystopian mess that would make Mike Judge blush.
Let workers be remote. Have some uniform standards for the codebase. Fire fifty percent of the people who are just making busywork. Get rid of the disjointed bureaucracy for a more vertical model.
First, a take-home coding question with a time limit. LeetCode easy, I think. After that, a three-hour session. The people I spoke to were not really talking with me and only asking minimal questions, expecting me to fill up the rest of the time talk
Three video conference interviews with the team members. This was spaced out over 45 days. We discussed ML concepts, past experiences, and real-life scenarios. A straightforward knowledge test of Machine Learning concepts.
The process was very smooth. I first filled in a form and received a link to a HireVue, which consisted of some behavioural and basic tech questions. Then, I was later contacted via email and asked to provide a copy of my CV. Eventually, I was invit
