Pros

It may be normal for the first job to transition to another company.

Cons

Those working in the investment sector try to break ranks and cover each other in idleness. Some employees need to be replaced with new, highly qualified specialists. Many workers can be easily replaced by those who do the job better.

In a normal company, there should be a competent leader who treats all developers fairly, overseeing the development process.

Finding developers for a lower salary in India will not solve the problem. The issue lies with the leadership and managers. Currently, many qualified specialists in the US could perform the work much better and quickly improve the investment part of the product.

Advice to Management

The advice to the management is to review employees at the highest level and divide the chain where employees praise each other in front of higher-ups for idleness.

Break up the top management into independent specialists and replace directors and managers. The manager role is useless.
