- Some very old technologies are being used.
- No work-life balance.
- No OT/Compoff for compulsory working on weekends during production movement.
- Managers call at off-hours, sometimes at 7 AM, sometimes at 10 PM.
- Tasks are assigned out of the blue, without any discussion or planning.
- Team members and managers do not readily accept new ideas.
