Good remuneration, poor management
- Good base salary.
- Good bonus.
- Good pension scheme.
It's a perfect place to make a lot of money. If you are not easily bothered, then you can work in this place until you retire. But I wouldn't recommend staying too long.
- Unhealthy work-life balance
- Return to Office 5 days
- Working extra hours for no compensation
- Micromanagement
- Toxic environment (part of a global team, not Dublin)
- Unbearable amount of red tape
Give more importance to the voice of your employees and get rid of the managers that are getting promoted at the cost of their employees.
