- It depends on the project you work on and might not be that interesting.
- There are some bad apples. King gives you almost full autonomy on your work, but some people don't take full responsibility, and it's hard, by the company's culture, to increase and put pressure on those who are low performing.
- Put a bit of pressure on low performers.
