Some anachronisms and codebase sprawl from the early startup growth phase (all of which are being worked on).
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I was initially offered a role that was then cancelled due to reorg; however, Klaviyo worked hard to find something else that would suit me. The interview process was somewhat elongated: * Two
The usual process: * Get message * Chat with recruiter * Get scheduled for a shared coding session. Given the opposite feedback from the two interviewers, I question the interview question and/or evaluation by the more senior interviewer.
This was a very frustrating process. I interviewed twice, having been referred internally on both occasions. The first time: The recruiter scheduled an interview and then immediately stated they wouldn’t refer me because I lacked sufficient Python
