The first round covered basic computer concepts and coding on a notepad. They asked about network fundamentals, TCP, and so on. The coding part, I think they need to find a better way to assess when hiring senior people.

I had 2 stages in the interview process. The first interview round was about solving and implementing a DSA problem. The second round consisted of a discussion about projects in my resume.
