The process is long.

It consists of more or less five interviews:

• A typical algorithms one (twice)
• An architecture one
• A simple program one
• One where they ask you about your experience (they might be too lazy to read it from your CV).

After all this, they don't even deign to send the "no thanks" email. Perhaps because spending two minutes sending it is spending too much on someone who lost more than five hours in their process.
