Process
I had an on-campus written test comprising the topics mentioned in the telephonic call which happened some two weeks back.
I revised lots of questions from the Glassdoor site and was well-confident about clearing the written test. But alas, they included lots of new questions this time, which made it so difficult to clear the cutoff.
Time was the major constraint for the test. Everything were basic questions only.

Pros: Challenging and exciting environment, full of smart people extremely passionate about their jobs.
The company is based on solid principles; nothing is left to chance, from the internal organization to the development of the software. Possibility of working on different things and acquiring domain knowledge from different fields.
Cons: After six months, I can hardly say there are any cons. Probably the salary (compared to other software companies) is the biggest con one can expect.

You get a chance to influence a lot of MATLAB and Simulink users around the world, regardless of job level.
Wednesdays: free breakfasts.
Smart people.
Good work environment; fun.
Yearly summer and winter outings.
Cons: Salary
It's a great company, and you get to influence a lot of users worldwide. I think the average pay should be a bit more.
