Process

HR Round - Brief discussion on background and job role.

Telephonic Interview Round:

  • Questions asked were good. The interviewer tried to cover most areas to get an overall view for making a decision.
  • The interviewer was not pleasant and seemed annoyed before taking the interview. They were a little rude and lacked patience in listening. There was no opportunity to ask questions.

Loop Interview:

  • The technical interview objective was not aligned with what was communicated during the telephonic interview. The interview was not planned properly, with very limited focus and a random approach. The interviewer did not utilize the time effectively, which is essential for any technical interview.

  • The design interview topic was found irrelevant for the role or vaguely and remotely related, belonging to a different stream area. It's unclear how the interviewer could relate this and make a sound judgment.

  • The behavioral round interviewer lacked overall industry knowledge, limiting their understanding from that perspective and focusing only on what they wanted to hear.

No feedback was provided after the interview completion, which is generally expected after spending a long time on the process.

Total interview process: 2 months.
