The rounds covered all aspects of being a technical manager, people manager, and organizational leader. I liked this as the interviewers were curious to understand all facets of my professional abilities and achievements.

I got to interact with and learn from many good leaders in their Data Engineering organization.

There was very limited time, and the interviewer wanted to cover too many things. We always ran out of time to cover questions from the candidate.

The disappointment isn't with the result; however, no feedback was shared apart from just the outcome. I was looking forward to receiving feedback that would help me improve after spending three months in the interview process.
