Pros: Can have great colleagues and good, interesting work.

Cons: Politics and change in culture. It may be needed, and the company is successful, so I can't complain, but it's just not my cup of tea anymore.

Pros: People are smart and friendly.

Cons: The press hates us, and users don't trust us.

Pros: - Highest compensation range in Big Tech. - Very good engineering culture. - Stock price so far makes your future earnings grow. - Very agile despite its size. - Extreme scale, so excellent opportunity to experience/practice it. - Excellent benefits. - One of the best managers I've ever met. - Top engineers and managers. - You can practically work on any problem you like (so long as you can convince management it is impactful). - Based on how competitive you are (or, better say, you aren't), there's enough room for a healthy work-life balance.

Cons: Move fast culture's side effects, combined with short evaluation cycles, are: not much strategy and short-to-finish projects. This can be good and bad for engineers, but it's certainly not ideal for a company. The bottom-up decision-making process can result in waste of resources, as engineers don't always know or understand the company's best interests. There are lots of indirect competitions, as everybody tries to produce impact.
