Pros: Highest total compensation, mainly because of stock appreciation.
Cons: Horrible tech stack and code. Toxic because of the PSC. Top-down deadlines without listening to feedback on the actual time it would take to implement something. Everyone pushes things down and washes their hands of it, covering their backs however they can.
Total lack of diversity. Only two main groups where I am.
