Two days after the internal referral, the recruiter contacted me and set up a phone interview. The coding problems were standard and not difficult.

Two weeks later, I went to their headquarters for the onsite interview. There were four rounds of technical interviews, involving coding and database design.

I waited almost four weeks before the recruiter got back to me and offered me a position.
