Pros: - You get to work on some apps that everyone uses.
- Internal tooling is good, but this can be a con, as this doesn't translate to industry standards.
- Compensation and benefits.
- Office is cool, I guess (but you rarely have time to enjoy it).
Cons: Culture has quickly soured since the start of 2025, and it's gotten real bad real fast.
Management is very opaque about decisions, especially when it comes to people (firings/layoffs/benefit cuts/etc.).
Performance reviews? Just Google "PSC Meta" and read up on it.
