Then onsite, there were four rounds of algorithm questions and one round of system design questions.
The questions were not that hard, but required speed and bug-free solutions, which made the process challenging.

Pros: Managers have the best time of their lives. They keep engineers down through intense and demoralizing review cycles, with no repercussions whatsoever. This helps to keep labor expenses low.
Cons: You will have to put up with incompetent management and underperform after demoralizing performance review cycles.
Having Facebook on your resume is no longer a plus; it can actually work against you.
